Starting at 4.30pm Seb shows you how to create our award winning dishes with a kitchen demonstration of a 3 course meal, using seasonal and local produce, which lasts for 2 hours.

You then get to enjoy the fruits of your labour with fellow budding Cooks dining in the restaurant area with a bottle of Red & White wine compliments of the Chef for all your hard work.

£28 per person includes demonstration, dinner, bottle of Red/White wine per table of six.
