We have the same emphasis of sourcing the very best local seasonal produce in our bar menu as our more extensive restaurant menu. We actively support Welsh producers whom we believe to be amongst best in the world in their fields and adopt a strict sustainability policy in respect to farming and fishing as we believe the world as we know it should be here for generations to come.
