Bunch Beer Academy
The Bunch of Grapes Beer Academy aims to make the Bunch a centre of excellence for real ale in South Wales for anybody who has an interest.
In forming the Beer Academy we want to provide a meeting point or focal point here at the Bunch for people to get together and learn, experience, taste and enjoy real ales whether you are a seasoned real ale enthusiast, a new comer or just curious to know what all the fuss is about.
So far we've hosted talks and beer tastings with Roger Protz, author of the Good Beer Guide. We've had a 'Girls Guide to Beer' and a 'Chocolate, Cheese and Charcuterie' beer and food matching evening with Beer Blogger Melissa Cole. On top of our regular socials, where we get to sample specialty beers from across the globe, we've had a night at the Otley Brewery with esteemed Beer Writer, Pete Brown.
